there will be a Google hangout that Shane will run from his laptop. The
connection information/link will be send before the meeting on this list
and as well on the IRC.

Google Hangout will provide audio and (perhaps) video (not perfect, but
the best we can organize for now).

I will monitor the IRC channel, questions will be seen there and relayed
into the room.
